One Way: Peter Marino

One Way: Peter Marino explores the renowned American architect and designer’s multi-faceted relationship with art. Peter Marino has been recognized as a pioneer of cross-disciplinary practice, and for the past four decades has been celebrated for his forward thinking practice at the intersection of art, architecture, fashion, and creative spatial design. GOLD exhibition:

 

In celebration of its 50th anniversary, the Bass Museum of Art presents GOLD, featuring artworks by contemporary artists who physically or conceptually utilize gold in their practice. The 24 international artists in GOLD examine the multitude of ideas with which the material is associated, using gold to reinforce or challenge notions of transformation, beauty, spirituality, and values, both economic and moral. http://www.bassmuseum.org/art/gold/
